Overweight, obesity DOES not only makes you lose confidence with the appearance and difficult to choose appropriate fashion outfit, but also caused many diseases. -    Eat more foods rich in vitamin C such as oranges, bell pepper into the diet. Vitamin C also stimulates production of antibodies that help your body fight infections. And it also helps reduce congestion

-       Enhance intestinal health with healthy bacteria from yogurt. Good bacteria (also known as probiotics) help increasing the number of good bacteria in the gut to overwhelm the bad bacteria. This can increase the strength for the immune system.
