MANGO STRAWBERRY SNOWY MOONCAKE

Ingredients:

-         45 gr glutinous rice flour

-         35 gr stick rice

-         20 gr cake flour

-         130ml mango rong

-         130ml strawberry rong

-         50 gr sugar

-         02 ml oil

-         200 gr butter cake

-         41 gr strawberry jam

-         41 gr orange jam

-         Moon cake mold

Instructions:

-         Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add glutinous rice flour, rice flour, and all-purpose flour

-         Step 2: In a bowl, combine juice, sugar, and oil. Mix well

-         Step 3: Add the juice mixture to the flour mixture. Transfer into a plate

-         Step 4: Then steam over boiling water on high heat for 10 minutes

-         Step 5: Crush pound cake in a mixing bowl

-         Step 6: Add jam and mix to form a filling

-         Step 7: On a lightly floured service (use glutinous flour), roll out the mooncake wrapping.  Divide into equal parts, then flatten each one

-         Step 8: Place the mooncake dough inside the mold and press down firming

-         Step 9:  Place the mooncake dough inside the mold and press down firming
