SMOOTHIES RECIPES TO LOSE WEIGHT

APPLE SMOOTHIE

 

You need to prepare:

-         01 apple

-         01 banana

-         01 cup of fresh orange juice

-         01 carrot

-         Some spinach leaves

-         30g protein powder or soya powder


Then blend them well, add some ice cubes. 


STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

 

You need to prepare:

-         75g of strawberries

-         125g yogurt without sugar

-         50ml of fresh orange juice

-         30g protein powder or soya powder

 

Then blend them well, add some ice cubes. 


 

BANANA SMOOTHIE

 

You need to prepare:

-         02 banana

-         245ml skimmed – milk

-         185ml black coffee

-         30g protein powder or soya powder

Then blend them well, add some ice cubes.
