CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredient:

·    300gr chicken breast

·    1 shallot

·    ½ lettuce

·    ¼ purple lettuce

·    Baby tomato

·    Parsley

·    1tsp milk

·    Vegetable oil

Spices for marinating meat:

·    A little bit of mustard

·    2 cloves garlic chopped

·    Salt, pepper

·    Spices

Spices to mix salad:

·    3 tsp Olive oil

·    2 tsp soy sauce

·    2 tsp vinegar

·    A little bit of purple onion chopped

·    Sugar, Chopped garlic, salt, sesame oil

Instructions:

·  Step 1: Soak the chicken breast in milk about 10 minutes then clean it with water and drain it. Add spices for marinating meat and grind it with a little water then marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.

· Step 2: Wash the lettuce, soaked in salt water and then drained, slices it. Cut tomato in 2 slices. Slice onion thinly then add it the lemon water (or vinegar).

· Step 3: Add cooking oil into the hot pan, then add chicken breast and fry it with medium heat within 10-12 minutes.

· Step 4: Add all the spices to mix salad into the vegetables and mix well then decorate the dish. Slices the chicken breast and decorate it with vegetables.
