JELLY FLAN

Ingredient:

·    03 eggs

·    03 tbsp condensed milk

·    02 tsp whipping cream

·    10ml fresh milk without sugar

·    01 package of black coffee 16gr

·    20gr gelatin or agar powder

·    100gr sugar

·    1.5 liters of water

Instructions:

·  Step 1: Add gelatin into 1.5 liters of water, soak for 10 minutes for the gelatin bloom.

· Step 2: Get 03 yolks, stir by one way.

· Step 3: Add condensed milk and whipping dream and mix well.  

· Step 4: Boil the milk to around 80 degrees and then poured slowly into the egg mixture, mix well. Please don’t boil milk to 100 degrees, because the eggs will be clumping.

·  Step 5: Sieve the mixture 2 times for smooth.

· Step 6: Add sugar to a boil, and stirring.

· Step 7: Split the gelatin, ½ pour into the flan mixture. Soluble coffee, add half of gelatin.

· Step 8: Pouring into the mold 1 flan and 1 coffee. Then put it in refrigerator about 2 hours and enjoy it!
