PUMPKIN PUDDING

Ingredients:

-         400 g soy milk

-         100 gr pumpkin

-         80 gr syrup (or honey)

-         01 tsp (02 gr) agar powder

-         01 tsp (02 gr) kudzu starch

-         01 tsp (02 gr) vanilla extract

-         50 gr palm sugar

-         20 gr water

Instructions:

-         Step 1: Heat palm sugar and water in a sauce pan until it thickens. Pour the caramel sauce in a glass.

-         Step 2:  With pumpkin, peel and slice it then steam pumpkin.

-         Step 3: blend pumpkin and 200g soy milk, kudzu starch and syrup (or honey) with a blender.

-         Step 4: Pour the mixture in a sauce pan and gently heat it up until it boils.

-         Step 5: Add the remaining soy milk (200 gr) and 1 tsp of vanilla extract into the sauce pan.

-         Step 6: Pour the mixture into the glasses of caramel. Let it cool in a fridge about 02 hours.
