PORK STEAK

Ingredients:

Steak:

-         400 gr pork neck

-         02 eggs

-         07 gloves garlic

-         05 shallots

-         01 slice of pineapple

-         15 gr soy sauce

-         30 gr white wine

-         15 gr oyster sauce

-         30 gr honey

-         100 gr water

-         Shred Mozzarella Cheese, Rosemary, Tomatoes

Salad Dressing:

-         45 gr mayonnaise

-         02 slices of pineapple

-         1/8 onion

-         Apple vinegar, salt, pepper

-         Lettuce, beet leaves

Instructions:

-         Step 1: Finely mince the meat.

Marinate the meat with refined white wine, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary.

-         Step 2: Blend pineapple, onion, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper together.

-         Step 3: To make sauce for pork steak with refine white wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey and water.

-         Step 4: Fry pork steak till tops are golden brown. Then, add sauce.

-         Step 5: Add pineapple and boil them down together in sauce.

-         Step 6: Fry vegetables with tomatoes, garlic, shallots then fry eggs.

-         Step 7: Serve the pork steak with garnishes and salad. Add cheese and pour sauce.
