LYCHEE – GRASS JELLY SWEET SOUP

 Ingredient:

·    300gr fresh lychee without split

·    Grass jelly

·    1 box of fresh milk

·    Coconut milk

·    Palm sugar, white sugar

·    150gr dried lotus seed

 Instructions:

·  Clean dried lotus seed and steep in 30 minutes.

· Dissolve 1 package of grass jelly with 180ml fresh milk, 150ml water and 3 spoons white sugar and 2 spoons coconut milk.

· Then wait until it melt and pour jelly into the mould and put it in refrigerator.

· About the dried lotus seed, boil it and wait until it stew. And add palm sugar.

· Put lychee into the stove and wait 3-5 minutes.

 Finally, add more grass jelly with ice and enjoy it!
