Ingredients:
Grapefruit Jelly
- 400ml grapefruit juice
- 4 sheets of gelatin (8gr)
- 1 small grapefruit
Orange Jelly
- 400ml orange juice
- 4 sheets of gelatin (8gr)
- 45gr sugar
Tools
- Sieve, bowl, whisk, platter, stick, and knife
Instructions:
- Step 1: Soften the gelatin sheets in the cold water
- Step 2: Put the grapefruit juice in a pot, heat the grapefruit juice until just before boiling. Add the gelatin and mix until completely dissolved
- Step 3: Peel grapefruit and cut flesh
- Step 4: Put the grapefruit slices in a bowl. Pour the grapefruit juice and refrigerate until set (Use sieve when pour the grapefruit juice)
- Step 5: Make orange jelly the sameway. Soften gelatin sheets in cold water
- Step 6: Add orange juice, sugar and heat. Add the gelatin and mix until completely dissolved
- Step 7: Pour the orange juice in a bowl of grapefruit jelly and refrigerate until completely set
Chopstick round the edges and place a serving dish. Done, grapefruit & orange layered jelly. Let’s enjoy it!
