LEMON CAKE – JUST 5 STEPS

Ingredients:

-         02 eggs

-         100 g wheat flour

-         ½ tsp baking powder

-         100 g unsalted butter

-         100 g sugar

-         2 tsp lemon juice

-         Lemon shaped cake mold

Instructions:

-         Step 1: First, put the eggs to the bowl and beat it

-         Step 2: Add sugar and lemon juice then continue to beat it

-         Step 3: Next, mix the wheat flour and baking powder and then sift the flour into the egg bowl

-         Step 4: Add melted butter into the mixture and continue to mix well and put it to refrigerator about 5 minutes

-         Step 5: Finally, pour the mixture into the molds and bake for about 20 minutes with 170 temperature
