Ingredient:
· 200gr Mudskipper
· 1 egg
· ½ bowl of fried dough
· 3 Calamondin
· 1 red pepper
· 1 teaspoon shallot grind
· 1 spoon of fish sauce
· Cooking Oil
Instructions:
· Clean mudskipper, cut off tail and fins, drained.
· With egg, dip fish with fresh egg then roll through fried dough
· Fry it with a lot of oil until it become crunchy.
· Squeezed calamondin juice, add fish sauce and sugar.
· Add some red pepper and onion
