EGGPLANT PIZZA 

Let’s make a healthy pizza!

Ingredient:

·    Oil

·    01 eggplant, thick slices about 2 cm

·    ¼ tsp salt (less salt)

·    ½ tomato sauce (low fat)

·    01 cup of cottage cheese (low fat)

·    10 baby tomatoes, slice it

·    01 tsp shallot, cut to small slices

·    Fresh basil or herbs

·    Chili powder

 Instructions:

·  A thin layer of oil coated onto paper lined baking tray, place the eggplant slices over, sprinkle more salt, baked in the oven for about 20 minutes.

· Get the eggplant out of the oven, spread a layer of tomato sauce, then sprinkle cottage cheese, and put some baby tomatoes and shallot on each slice of eggplant.

· Put the eggplant slices in the oven, bake for about 1-2 minutes to make cheese crispier.

· If you want thinner, you can add more ice Get the pizza out of the oven, sprinkle chili powder and basil, wait for it cool and enjoy it!
