Pineapple is the abundant supply of vitamins and anti-aging effects for women.

1.    Pineapple – Ginger – Lemon Smoothie

Ingredient:

·    03 cups of sliced pineapple

·    03 cups of fresh spinach

·    ¼ tsp sliced banana

·    01 branch of celery

·    01 tsp of grated fresh ginger

·    ½ lemon juice

Then blend them well and enjoy it!

2.    Pineapple and Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredient:

·    15g ginger

·    Blended ice
