- WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
Products are warranted when following these conditions:
- Must have warranty card and receipt
- The warranty card must be filled in with the correct product information
- The warranty card must be intact, not patched or repaired
- The warranty stamp and sealing of the product intact
- Product defects are verified by the Warranty Center due to Manufacturer’s fault
Note: The warranty are according to the Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
2. THE CASES ARE NOT WARRANTY
- Breach of one of the conditions in part 1
- Serial number, product model does not match Warranty Card
- The customer arbitrarily intervene in the product or repair at Warranty Center without the Company's authorization.
Product damaged by improper use, purpose, natural disaster, rust, broken tank, insect or animal destruction.
- The products uses the wrong voltage, unstable power supply..
- Used for restaurants and hotels business or in offices, rental, display
- The product is scratched, yellowed in the course of use.
- Equipment damaged by natural disasters, fires, unstable power sources or improperly installed or transported.
- All household electrical appliances must be shipped to the Service Center
- Customer will pay the delivery and receipt cost of products to the Warranty Center (if any)
Note: If the products or component are not warranted by the Warranty Policy, the customer must bear all cost of replacing components, repair products
