· 1 whole chicken
· 4 tea spoons vegetable oil
· 2 tea spoons White wine
· 2 tea spoon salt
· Red Chili, garlic, lemon leaf
· Chicken: clean, wash with salt water, drain. You score the skin to quickly absorb spices.
· Mix the chicken in sauce: You stir to dissolve the spices.
·Combine the sauce and chicken: Rub the chicken with the mixture (both inside and outside). You must marinate the chicken at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
After the chicken is soaked: Turn the Oven at 200 degrees C, put the chicken in the baking tray and bake it for 60 minutes. Every 15 minutes you take the chicken out and brush the spices on and put back in the oven, you repeat the step 3 times until the chicken is cooked.
